In response to frequent requests, the Homeownership Division offers follow-up training on down payment assistance programs. The training incorporates the HomeChoice program and gives a more in-depth view of all down payment programs offered at the Commission. Information on other statewide down payment programs will also be provided. We require those who are attending this training to first attend the Commission Home Loan Programs and Homebuyer Education Instructor Training. Please note: Information on Commission Home Loan Programs will also be covered, but this training does not provide the required codes to originate Commission Home Loan Programs or teach Homebuyer Education.
